DusQ2 is a black quencher dye for the synthesis of dual labeled oligonucleotide probes for qPCR bearing 5′-quencher. This quencher is ideal for HEX, JOE, ROX, Cyanine5 and other dyes with the emission in orange and red part of the spectrum.

The primary phosphoramidite group couples with hydroxyls efficiently in oligonucleotide synthesis.
