INOPAK SPE columns are widely used for the purification of biologically useful materials, catalysis, toxic substance monitoring, ion-exchange and wastewater clean-up. INOPAK columns have a wide range of applications, each showing high selectivity and enhanced recovery. They offer reproducible results and the potential for automation. INOPAK sorbents include C18, C8, NH2, Silica and Florisil, packed in 1, 3 and 6ml syringes with bed weights of 50mg, 100mg, 500mg and 1g.

INOPAK C8

Less retentive alternative to C18 for polar and non-polar compounds, antibiotics, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, caffeine, drugs, dyes, essential oils, fat soluble vitamins, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, hydrocarbons, parabens, phenols, phthalate esters, steroids, surfactants, theophylline, water soluble vitamins

INOPAK NH2

Used in normal phase and is weak anion-exchanger for extraction of anionic analytes from non-aqueous matrices. Typically used for peptides, drugs and metabolites from physiological fluids, carbohydrates, dyes, strong acids

INOPAK Sil

Polar compounds such as alcohols, aldehydes, amines, drugs, dyes, herbicides, pesticides, ketones, nitro compounds, organic acids, phenols, steroids

INOPAK Florisil

Magnesium silicate sorbent for clean-up of pesticide residues and other chlorinated hydrocarbons, separation of nitrogen compounds from hydrocarbons, separation of aromatic compounds from aliphatic-aromatic mixtures, separations of fats, oils and waxes
