CD8 protein is a glycoprotein that is located on the cell surface of cytotoxic T lymphocytes the interferes interactions between cells of the immune system. This protein is a coreceptor that helps detect antigens shown by the APC as part of the class I MHC proteins. It can be a homodimer build from 2 alpha chains orheterodimer build from alpha and beta chains.

CD8A is expressed with a 9 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

The CD8A solution contains Phosphate-Buffered Saline and 10% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein .
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
