CTACK Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 95 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 10.9kDa.
The CTACK is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 20mM PB, pH7.4 and 300mM NaCl.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CTACK in sterile 18MΩ-cm H₂O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
